When you give to Holy Name of Jesus, you make it possible for us to better live out our mission to serve the community of Laval.
You may choose to give through an automatic monthly donation. The deduction will be made on the 15th of each month.

• Envelope number

• Transit and account number
• Amount of monthly contribution
• attach copy of void cheque
